BharatMart Trading LLC is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with operational reach across India, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, China, Turkey, the United States and the European Union. Our platform exists to simplify cross-border B2B procurement for businesses that have outgrown spot purchasing on consumer marketplaces but cannot justify a full overseas trading desk.
We help importers, wholesalers, retailers, contractors and resellers source the right products at the right price — whether that's industrial machinery shipped to Mumbai, consumer electronics for a chain of stores in Bengaluru, or private-label apparel destined for a Dubai distribution hub.
Why BharatMart exists
Traditional B2B sourcing forces buyers to juggle multiple platforms, freight forwarders, payment gateways and quality-inspection vendors. Most marketplaces stop at the listing — leaving the buyer to coordinate logistics, customs, and payment terms across different time zones and languages. BharatMart was built to compress that workflow into a single accountable channel.
We focus on three problems specifically:
- Supplier credibility: Every supplier on BharatMart is vetted before listing — trade licence, factory ownership, export history and bank verification.
- Price transparency: Wholesale tier pricing is shown openly. RFQ responses include landed-cost estimates, not just FOB prices.
- Cross-border execution: Single point of contact for shipping, customs documentation, payment escrow and dispute resolution — across India, GCC and OECD trade lanes.
Where we operate
Our Dubai head office anchors operations across the Middle East and provides our regulatory base for cross-border trading. Sourcing teams in Mumbai, Shenzhen, Istanbul, and Ho Chi Minh City handle supplier onboarding, factory audits and shipment coordination. We serve buyers primarily in India and the GCC, with growing volumes into Africa and the EU.
